There's no need to worry about renewing your subscription – this happens automatically.
In case you would like to end your subscription, please reach out to your dedicated user support specialist and they'll take care of this for you.
You'll then retain access to your data for 30 days and have the chance to download it before it is removed from the FieldWorker system.
