How do I pay?

Once you've signed up to FieldWorker, you'll be able to set up a subscription with the help of your dedicated support specialist. They'll help ensure we create the best value plan for your agency to meet all of your needs.

We use a payment provider called Chargebee to manage payments and subscriptions.

Once you have started your subscription, you'll receive an email with an invoice, and you'll be invited to enter your payment details.

You'll then receive a confirmation email when your first payment has been received and your FieldWorker subscription is active.

You'll be charged automatically on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your subscription plan.

However, you'll receive an email shortly before payment is taken to let you know on which date the payment is due. This also gives you time to update your details if needed.
