How to check-in and out of visits

There are 2 ways to check in and out.

Using the FieldWorker mobile app, care workers can check-in and out of visits with the touch of a button from their home screen where the appointment is listed. This records not only the time they arrive and leave, but also the other information required by law, for example, using the mobile device’s GPS to record a location for the visit.

Alternatively, workers can phone their provider’s office upon arrival and leaving, and the coordinator can then register their visit on the FieldWorker platform.
