Submit a Ticket via Our Help Center
From your dashboard, simply click on the question mark icon in the top right-hand corner, and you'll be brought here.
At the top of the knowledge center page, you'll also see the option to "Submit ticket". This lets you send us a message directly with questions, feedback or any other comments.

Fill out the form and give us as many details as possible, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
We're always happy to receive your feedback, especially if you have ideas on how we can improve FieldWorker. Our aim is to empower agencies to deliver the best care possible, so we're always happy to hear how we can further help you achieve exactly this!
