Debarment Reporting

Under “Administration Reports”, you’ll be able to access your payroll report to see pay-related data for all your employees in addition to debarment reports and the NJ consolidated debarment report, giving you a quick insight into whether or not any of your employees have been debarred.

Support coordination agencies are to verify that any current and prospective employees (regular or temporary), contractors or subcontractors who directly or indirectly will be furnishing, ordering, directing, managing or prescribing items or services in whole or in part are not excluded, unlicensed or uncertified. This is done against several databases.

For agencies based in New Jersey, you are able to run the debarment report on a monthly basis to check against the state of New Jersey’s debarment list. You’ll then be returned with details for any employees registered on your organization’s FieldWorker account who are on this list and are therefore debarred.
