Creating an MT (for agencies collecting time)

If your company records the time spent on tasks completed by support coordinators, this is the process you’ll need to follow to start an MT for a client.



From your list of clients or customers, you can click on the Timesheet button under a client’s name. The following pop-up will appear.


The project name will already be pre-populated, but you can fill out the rest of the form, including which task type you want to fill out the MT for, e.g. “Phone call”.


Remember – your admin can configure the kinds of task types that you can select on the FieldWorker platform. 


After you click save, your timesheet will be added, as you can see here – we have a 15 minute phone call.


In order to link this task to an MT, i.e. meaning that this task is linked with the associated MT task completed by the support coordinator, click on the plus icon next to “MT Visit” to link to MT.



To the right, the MT form will then appear.
